For whom have we designed Compassionate Leadership II? Are you an intermediate to advanced NVC practitioner committed to training and/or organizational systemic development? Have you begun offering NVC-based training and facilitation? We predict this training track will meet an abundance of needs for new certified trainers, certification candidates, those considering certification as well as independent trainers and practice group facilitators.

We consider this a unique opportunity to take powerful next steps in integrating and sharing NVC in a community that deeply values connection and mutual support! We intend to provide the nuts and bolts: from designing and delivering a training segment to building a sustainable business and much more, we expect to offer abundant resources to support you in contributing to others.

We prefer that applicants have at least 100 hours of previous training with certified trainers and are currently presenting NVC via workshops and/or practice groups.

 

As a participant in this program you will have opportunities to hone and practice your skills for offering NVC including:

Facilitating a variety of NVC processes including:

  • Introduction to NVC - Invoke interest for more learning
  • Foundations of NVC - Provide the basics of NVC
  • Advanced NVC –Take your participants to deeper NVC consciousness
  • Practice Groups - Maintain an ongoing practice group with vitality
  • Empathy Groups - Create a space for listening and healing
  • Teleconferences - Become familiar with electronic teaching tools

Application process will include completion of a Skills Self-assessment Matrix prior to acceptance. Because readiness and collaboration with participants is important, the application process includes up to 1-hour of mentoring with a trainer for self-assessment.
