Internship for Compassionate Leadership I
Internship is currently open for waiting list only!
The Training Team of Compassionate Leadership instituted an Internship program in 2009 to contribute to continued learning and mutual support. Two graduates of our 2008 program became the first interns, and together we are discovering some of the ways interns can contribute to the sustainability and energy of our learning community. All of us have deeply enjoyed and appreciated the contribution of CL interns.
The Compassionate Leadership Intern Program is open to those who have completed Compassionate Leadership prior to the start of the upcoming program. Interns have the opportunity to experience the program from a process perspective or trainer point of view. The Training Team has developed the following guidelines to support those considering Internship for Compassionate Leadership I.
Some potential contributions interns can offer:

- Attend and fully participate in all three retreats

- Participate in one or more leadership pods

- Help integrate new participants if we have late admissions
