DETAILS
We have two tracks, each co-created in a supportive community of experienced practitioners:
▪ Compassionate Leadership I
▪ Compassionate Leadership II
Both programs include:
▪ three 5-day retreats
▪ workbook materials and hand-outs
▪ group teleconference with a trainer 2 times per month
▪ activity group meetings 2 times per month by teleconference
▪ weekly phone sessions with a partner for support
▪ six individual telephone mentoring sessions with a trainer
Retreat Schedules in Los Angeles, CA area:
▪ March 4-9 (Th-T) at Holy Spirit Retreat Center in Encino, CA
▪ June 16-21 (W-M) at Mary and Joseph Retreat Center in Palos Verdes, CA
▪ November 4-9 (Th-T) at Holy Spirit Retreat Center in Encino, CA
The first and third retreats start at 4 PM on Thursday and continue until midday on Tuesday. The second retreat starts at 4 PM on Wednesday and continues until midday on Monday.
In Compassionate Leadership I we will focus on:
• Being in a community of experienced NVC practitioners with ongoing mutual support
• Creating and implementing a personal leadership plan for living NVC
• Deepening your integration and living of NVC consciousness
• Developing cooperative community-building skills
Who: Those with experience with NVC who are interested in personal and relational development. We prefer that applicants have at least 30 hours of previous training with an NVC trainer and/or have agreement of this training team.

In Compassionate Leadership II we will focus on:
• Teaching, facilitating and mentoring NVC processes
• Creating and marketing a sustainable practice
• Creating a leadership plan for bringing NVC out into the world
• Assessing and moving professional skills to the level of certification readiness
Who: Those with experience using NVC who are committed to training and organizational systemic development. We prefer that applicants have received at least 100 hours of previous training with an NVC trainer and are currently presenting NVC, or have graduated Compassionate Leadership or have agreement of this training team.
